Practical Information

No books can be borrowed.
The reading room is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 1.30 pm to 5 pm. At present, due to the health situation, we recommend that you refer to the homepage of the website, as the opening days and hours are subject to change.
Closed during the holidays of the University of Paris-Sorbonne (Paris IV) (Christmas, Easter) and throughout August. The exceptional closures of the library are indicated on the home page of our site As well as on the documentary portal of Sorbonne universités via the application Affluences.

The library is open to university faculty and students from Masters level onwards, and to all persons who can show they are undertaking research relating to the collection. Registration is compulsory and free.
